An outage map from Indiana Michigan Power showed more than 1,000 people were without power around 9:00 Friday night on the city’s north side. It was unclear what caused the outage.

More than 400 homes on the city’s southeast side experienced a power outage Sunday morning after a car crashed into a pole. The one-car crash happened near the intersection of South Anthony Boulevard and Wayne Trace. The outage was reported shortly before 6:30 a.m.
