options to work from home during an exposure/quarantine period. Certain employees are required to quarantine after traveling to different states or participating in events, while others are not required, with similar circumstances. The employees at NWSRA are forced to work regardless of exposure, which in turn, leads to exposing high risk participants within each program. NWSRA has not been consistent in cleaning and disinfecting and have not enforced exposure protocols, putting all lives at risk.

My neighbor died of covid, Tgursday, 21 May. We live in Rolling Meadows Illinois. He was in his 30s. He buried his Mum earlier this year. His wife lives with him. He worksed in his office at Schaumburg Corporate Center until mid-March, then from home. He went Nigeria this year before the ban.

stop any further activity with this entity. I found a phone number for the company Subgenix Products in the bottle. 800-609-4174 and called it. The receptionist answered in a foreign language which sounded oriental and I also heard what sounded like Spanish. When I requested an English speaking person to assist, they hung up the phone. I called again with the same results.
