I purchased 2 chairs from this website, my credit card was charged and I have tried to contact the company but the phone just rings, they doesn’t respond to messages, no communication at all. All I received was a mat. I'm in Woodland, CA

I just did not order anything from this location and they sent me what they call a gift. 2 pairs of socks and then said my original order is in transit. I have no idea what they mean.
