I received two strange sander-type wheels that I never ordered from the above address - I don't even know what they are for. No other paperwork accompanied them. I'm wondering whether I should send them back to the sender, but how did these people know my name and address?

Order item end of November 2025. Contacted seller 1/3/26 requesting update. They insisted my pkg was delivered 12/26/25. Said "I" need to file a claim with USPS but they didn't provide a US tracking number. Pkg arrived 1/5/26 and it's a piece of crap!
