It looks like a weird tea or seeds of some kind... It makes me very uneasy about what this is!! I tried to translate the Chinese writing but did not succeed... What need do we do?

I received my order, but need to return for another size. When I go to support @24h-service. vip, all I get are links to scam alerts- no customer service.
