I ordered plush cow and it's falling apart it just came through the mail and I checked it over and it looks not nothing like the photo. It has tears in the back It's not very sturdy looking just received September 26th

Not what I ordered. Supposed to have four drill bits. A hole in packet and only two in packet. No sizes. I would like a refund and an address to return this packet. Furger reading say this may be a scam. Return address is a storage facility.

Ordered 2 Hugging Panda Bears were supposed to be 29.95$ apiece, was charged 31$ for shipping alone. Total of my order was $115 …. Got the merchandise weeks later and they don’t do what they’re supposed to “hug” and move. I want a refund!!

I received a small package in the mail with a square card that read merry christmas and happy new year. I have not ordered anything from this address and when I looked it up it says it was a storage unit. I suspect this is a scam. Worried now that I touch the inside of the package.
