There's no phone number, no website. What can I do?
I ordered a shower filter online via shower envy. I received a package from "to gehershotys"I from the address in Chicago. I want to send it back, and do not plan to pay for it. I believe they are a scam operation.

I received this tool, unknown what it is from an address from: Gehers Hotys 3659 Ashland Ave, Chicago Il 60609. I have no idea what the hell this tool does. I ordered it from facebook for $16.
