Ordered a sweater, received it today, not at all as pictured, too large, I ordered according to sizing chart and this item is huge. I want to return it and have no idea how to do it, no paperwork included with order

I received a package with a liquid product that I cannot identify - the language appears to be Chinese - from "Sotida" at the Chicago, IL address noted. There have been no unidentified charges on my credit cards; however, it is disturbing that a foreign company has my address.
