I received an ugly watch from HLiver Lowry. I did not order this item since I don’t even wear watches. I think this is the PayPal charge I don’t recognized.

The package I received had 3 labels pasted over the top of one another. The package contained a complete wig of poor quality perhaps synthetic hair. Halloween is the only occasion where it would be worn.

TRIED TO CANCEL ORDER WITHIN ONE DAY. MY REQUEST WAS DENIED, WHEN RECIEVED, HATS WERE OF VERY POOR WORKMANSHIP. HATS WERE CRUSHED BEYOND BEING ABLE TO WEAR THEM.WANTING TO RETURN THEM BUT THERE IS NO INFORMATION ABOUT HOW TO RETURN THEM AND NO RESPONSE FROM COMPANY TO ASSIST WITH RETURN.
