I ordored the PVC pipe internal and external threader in two sizes as advertised on FB. I received them yesterday and the larger unit had one of the main threading ears broken off and the seperate package it was in had been previously ripped open. I want my money back

There is no way to get appropriate power in my home or anywhere to use this product. It was advertised as being returnable, but there is no way to do that. Company says to fill out an enclosed card and send it in with the product however, there is no enclosed card
