I received an ugly watch from HLiver Lowry. I did not order this item since I don’t even wear watches. I think this is the PayPal charge I don’t recognized.

The package I received had 3 labels pasted over the top of one another. The package contained a complete wig of poor quality perhaps synthetic hair. Halloween is the only occasion where it would be worn.
