I ordered an ebike off of the Rh *Aoppuy.com website actually it was on Apr. 6, 2023 for $54.97 usd. I have not received any kind of notice that my item was shipped at all. So, I would like to know the process to request a refund for this item....

Power has been absent about 5:30 this morning. My wife has a breathing machine that runs on electricity and we have a limited number of backup tanks.
