1. The employer has not effectively implemented an Infectious Disease Preparedness and Response Plan for COVID-19. Changes were made after a previous OSHA compliant was received but the employer stopped enforcing the use of face covering or masks in the shop. Temperature screening is not performed at
the location as stated in the response of the previous complaint. Social distancing is not maintained by administrative controlling the number of people inside the building.
