First of all I got notified by my card company that they had refused two charges from Total Logistics and asked if it was me who made that transaction, and when I said no, they cut that card off and sent me a new one. While waiting... See More for my new card to arrive, I received an email notification that payment had been denied but they would wait a while and re-bill. I thought that that would be the end of it but today a package arrived containing some kind of supplement. I dont know if the bill slipped through somehow, I need to check my account. What I dont know is how they got my card number and billing information. I'd never even heard of them until now. I'm having trouble finding their website. See Less

The plastic jar came in a white USPS envelope- we didn't order it and the phone number on it is no good. We are checking if it was charged to us. there was no paper work in it-we certainly would never use something that we didn't order and See Less

The package contained a small jar of SUBGENIX BIORIBOSE. I am hoping they are not going to charge me for this product. Everything I have read shows it to be a scam! See Less

Who knows what this is about? There is no bill or information within the package. It could be toxic poison for all any of us knows. I do not recommend opening it. Call the number listed for the company. Barrage them with irate phone calls. This is not an okay business......

I received a package I did not order. I do not know how they received my address or any other info. It came in white bubble wrap post bag. Round box , very small with ribose in it. I did not open package. Was shipped from total... See More logistics from address above. No company name or information, nor a receipt. Just the e-commerce warehouse as provided above. I would send it back if I knew who sent it and where it came from. No idea of why it was sent. The companies I deal with do not carry this product, and would send it with info as to why.
