A large power outage was reported in Universal Studios Florida, Thursday morning after an electric failure, leaving all attractions, minus only a few, open and operational as team members scrambled to assess the situation for guests inside the parks. Power has been restored to the area.

Same happened to me!! I emailed them and they said they will send replacements. Never got those either. Kept emailing them and they offered me a 40% discount to buy again. I said no!! Then today I got an email saying “well how about 60% off your … See More
next purchase?” I replied NO and that now I’m fed up. I want a full refund. I will be contacting my credit card company to find out what my options are. Come to think of it, after I made that purchase I received a dumb harmonica in the mail that I didn’t ask for. I took it to the post office and told them to send it right back that I refuse the package!!! Lesson learned!!!
