Employees are given the option to continue working with the positive patient, work with another patient, or to quarantine without pay and benefits. Item #2: The employer failed to implement a procedure to screen and triage patients and non-employees when employees are entering the home. Item #3: Employees who choose to quarantine after exposure to patients who have tested positive for COVID-19 are not paid for the time absent from work.
