Ordered items off Facebook, from Vera Bradley Outlet I thought. Sent payment as requested $43.09. When I received my receipt, the name was dgtgoodsgons. I do have an order number 24012123370****. That is all I have. When I try to look up the order I find nothing. I hope you can help.

I ordered a nativity set and a jimny cricket figure. Paid 56.480on nov.10 2023. Was a xmas gift. Reported it to my bank. They investagated it. This place sent them shipping info. So they said it was not fraud. But my 56.48 is still not in my bank and i have not any items i ordered.
