Ordered a raised garden bed for $39.99 and received nothing...it was reported delivered to a California address and I live in Connecticut. It seems like a live person responding to my emails but my requests for a refund are obviously being ignored.

For the second time in 6 months a delivery came to my mailbox with a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses and a "paid" bill for $163.00. Needless to say, I never ordered them, don't need them (I wear Rx glasses) and wonder what in the world are they playing at?
