Ordered and paid for a new golf bag from a firm in China "Techygreat". They supplied a tracing number of: C5NS1000**** and told me that the USPS had delivered the product. I contacted USPS and they do not recognize the tracking number, it is not a USPS tracking numer. What do I do?

I received an unordered package with some strange satin scarf with polo horses all over it. I hate horses and my friend was just killed by one. This was a horrible thing to receive unknowingly in the mail at my private, home address. It came from 371 Little Falls Rd
