Ordered from/Facebook ad. I ordered an blood sugar meter and received a oxygen meter. This is the second time. I want the blood sugar meter. Bait n switch. Show no finger stick blood sugar meter and sent blood oxygen meter completely different items. i paid with paypal both times.

I ordered 5 silver coins on 1/10/24 and recieved it today 2/5/24.
10 coins, supposedly solid silver, but silver is not magnetic and these are.
Payment went through PayPal. They have escalated my dispute, they have 10 days to respond.
