According to SDG&E's outage map, about 4,000 customers were without power on Saturday morning Jan 20 mostly in the San Diego neighborhoods of Paradise Hills, Skyline and Bay Terraces. SDG&E crews were investigating the cause of the outage. Power has been restored to the area.
