The employer failed to place COVID-19 patients in empty AII rooms within 5 hours of admittance. AII rooms were available on the 3rd floor, but COVID-19 cases are placed on the 10th floor Med Surge area. T8 CCR 5199

This is not what was advertised. It was supposed to be outdoor fireworks display programmed to music. What I received was a large and a small PKG of TV lights indoor use only. I want my money refunded and a label to send these back to you as they are no use to me.
