I receives a scar that I didn't order from suzhichou address is 746 S Glasgow av. Inglewood CA. I do have orders out there and one day ups hasn't gotten it yet so I believe I got scammed so what do I do with the order I have out do you think they are using my PayPal account???

I received a ring that I did not order. The one I received was ugly. Do not know how to return it. Credit card will be notified and cancelled. Took 3 weeks to get. Said it shipped from China
