Covid-19 Protocols not being followed, Employees not notified of positive COVID-19 cases in the workplace to avoid 10-day quarantine requirements for exposed workers. Crowd control not implemented. Employees do not wipe down belts before scanning items. Restrooms not cleaned/disinfected including door handles.
T8CCR 3205- Employees are not being informed of potential exposure in the workplace. More than six employees have tested positive in December and not all of the exposed employees quarantined, just around 9 mechanics, but not another group of 6-7 who were exposed.
T8CCR 3203(a) - Amount of customers in store not regulated. No social distancing. Masks not enforced. Staff not screened for symptoms of COVID-19. Store currently has outbreak.
T8CCR 3205- There are no effective safety guidelines for COVID-19 in place or precautions to protect employees working at the facilities. Employee screening for COVID-19 is not being enforced and there is no infection prevention and contact tracing done.
