Received package from Carrie Bonkiewicz 2864 Parsons Blvd. Queens, NY 11367 I ordered cloth jackets that I have not received from a company on Facebook. Does this mean this person has my credit card info from the purchase I thought I was making from Facebook?

Pacific Gas and Electric reported the 2,638 users lost power about 6 a.m. and said the outage appeared to be weather related. The power was restored for most of those users by 7:30 a.m., PG&E said.

I want to return these purses. It was not true that these were Dooney & Bourke purses. They are not even leather. You are not from QVC which was the link to these assumed D&B purses shown. They are rip offs. How do I return these 3 purses.
