Approximately 2,654 customers in Chico were without power, according to Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) on Monday 22nd. The power went out at 7:31 p.m., along Esplanade and E Lassen Ave. PG&E says it was expected to return at 9:45 p.m. Monday.
