A power outage was impacting more than 2,400 PG&E customers in Atascadero Tuesday. The outage began around 1:37 p.m. As of 2:30 p.m., 2,431 customers remained without power. According to the PG&E outage map, the outage was caused by weather.
About 1,400 Atascadero PG&E customers were thrown into darkness Monday evening as power lines fell across Highway 41 at Santa Rosa Road, causing outages. There is no estimated time of when power will be restored to those residents, according to PG&E’s outage map.
More than 600 customers in Atascadero are without power Tuesday, according to PG&E. According to company’s outage map, 629 customers lost power around 4 p.m. The impacted area is south of both Traffic Way and Highway 41 and east of El Camino Real.
Nearly 1,800 customers in Atascadero and 3,500 in Five Cities are without power Tuesday as of 11:20 a.m., according to the PG&E outage map. The outage in the Five Cities area began around 8:20 a.m. and is expected to last until 3:30 p.m. for 3,439 customers.
More than 6,000 customers lost power in Atascadero Thursday afternoon.
The outage happened around 1:19 p.m., according to PG&E. It is affecting 6,298 customers, including people on both sides of Hwy 101, north of Hwy 41 and west of Atascadero Ave.
A second power outage in as many days has left hundreds of customers in Atascadero without electricity. The outage is affecting the business district around Sunken Gardens and neighborhoods east of Highway 101, leaving more than 1,200 residents without electricity.
A PG&E power outage swept across San Luis Obispo County Friday morning, leaving more than 1,400 residents without electricity. In Atascadero, 1,420 PG&E customers lost power at about 6:30 a.m.
Around 1,362 customers in Downtown San Luis Obispo are experiencing power outages. PG&E’s said that most of the users without electricity are located in Santa Margarita, Templeton, Creston, and Atascadero
