Concern is with the Service Representatives exposure, since they are not properly trained regarding the COVID-19 hazards Other employees who may not have proper Personal Protection Equipment or training for COVID-19 includes security guards and pharmacy technicians. Janitors are not disinfecting properly in the x-ray and the separate office (not Airborne infection isolation room or area) where suspect COVID-19 patients are kept. Written ATD plan does not include surge procedures.
