According to Entergy officials, more than 2,000 customers are without power in Union County, Ark due to inclement weather. Officials also confirmed that nearly 900 customers in Columbia County, Ark. are without power.

A semi-truck trying to turn onto Main Street from North West hit a light pole earlier in the day, causing the outage. The outage affected areas on the southwest side of town, including South Arkansas Community College.
