YES :( You "paid" for it.. It's because you ordered something off a scam website maybe one or two weeks prior to receiving that item. Check Encomis.com, as one of them. Wife ordered luggage with an amazing web deal. They wait a little while to confuse you. Make sure you cancel any credit cards you use online. They take your money for a large ticket item, take your credit card information and send you a ridiculous trinket. I got the same damn little screwdriver. Apparently this is happening all over the place. Call your bank, look for the charge. Websites will vary, these guys have many. Make sure your credit card is canceled obviously! Report them!! ICANN.ORGPlease REPORT them.
They won't respond, trust me.

I ordered a free trial, just had to pay $6.95/ea shipping, of their face and eye cream. Two weeks later I am billed $119.95/ea for a total of $239.90 for an auto shipment I did not authorize. I immediately emailed them and their response was to call... See More customer service. I could not get through by calling. This continued for 3 more months as they ignored my emails telling them these shipments were not authorized and to stop billing my credit card. One shipment was labeled Juvli not Nuu Derma. I had to cancel my credit card to get them to stop. Making the matter worse they sent 1oz of each product for $119.95/ea. Amazon sells the exact same thing except you get 5oz of product for $119.95. These people are scammers. Please beware!!

I ordered a foldable treadmill on 8/21. Been getting chinese emails claiming it was being shipped w/delay. On day it says delivered I - no treadmill - but I did get a blank package with same hideous horse scarf. My credit card bill came today and $50.89 charged by ABT*SWIMMUNE HK...the ad advertised as a QVC featured item.

I'm just telling you on my bank's on my bank alert that I get from my bank it showed that these two charges were on there the yesterday or a couple days ago and it was supposed to come out yesterday I did not authorize anything like this I've been having trouble with some fraud fraudulence company someone had used my email to do some different look up companies and I was getting charged now I find these charges I have not authorized any of this and I do not know if I need to go to my bank or what I need to do I need money back I'm on a fixed income See Less
