failed to ensure periodic cleaning of the facility in accordance to CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention) guidelines for the COVID-19 pandemic. 4) The employer requires employees to come to work that have received advisement from a healthcare professional to quarantine for COVID-19; exposing employees to infectious diseases in the facility. 5) Employees are exposed to health hazards from the COVID-19 virus in that the employer does not require employees to social distance per CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention) guidelines. 6) Employees are exposed to slip/trip hazards due to electrical/extension cords running across the walkways and vacuums being stored in the walkways.

I also emailed this company and told him it was a bait and switch and they were fraud, and they kept on going back-and-forth with me that I want to keep part of. No I want all of my money back it’s fraud Then I received this powdery substance in the mail that I did not order or want. I said it was trying to off me.
