Can't see my family because of Coronavirus symptoms, Cookstown, Northern Ireland, UK

I have completed 7 days of isolation of Coronavirus symptoms and thankfully had very mild ones at that but I hope that testing is made readily available ASAP because I would like to know if I'm able to go see my family again without presenting any risks to them.
