Coronavirus called NHS-Direct, York, England, UK

Called NHS-Direct, not all symptoms are there but they may follow, fever & headaches are key symptoms, I must isolate for 7 days. Advised to obtain “Isolation Note” from NHS website. Controlling headache & temperature with painkillers. Finding it difficult to speak!

Woke up at 00:30 hrs with strong headache, burning hot, sweating, shivering aching all over - particularly hands, abdomen; legs. Slight sore through! No cough or chest pain! Cannot sleep. Feeling nauseous; dizzy, with tubular bells in my head. Match for early symptoms of COVID-19
