Oh dear. Both of my kids have mild symptoms - high temperature and coughing. I don’t have symptoms but I have had contact with patients who tested positive for COVID-19. Lack of testing for NHS staff means I won’t know for sure and can’t continue working. Shifts cancelled.
So currently sat at home with symptoms of Covid 19 and feel like I've been repeatedly run over. Thought it would be helpful to share my experiences as a paraplegic in case it helps anyone else who might end up in a similar position.
I’m on Day 4 of suspected COVID-19. I’m having unbearable leg aches (as one of the many symptoms). Has anyone else had this as a symptom? I’m finding stretching is helping a little bit, along with paracetamol. Has anyone come up with other remedies that might help ease them?
As I’m recovering from my brush with COVID-19, thought i’d give a quick FYI to other young ppl - my classic symptoms were so mild (tiny fever, no cough) I didn’t even think I had it. But after 4 days I completely lost my sense of taste + smell.
