I received a package from ZZYMHM on January 5, 2024! The package did not have the sneakers but a fake Cartier ring

On haureous.com, on September 19, 2023, I ordered two pairs of shoes, for €53.98 and a third for €26.98 (two separate orders) and never received anything.
I couldn't find any customer service references to request a refund.

The company Apre Sunday has been walking me around since the beginning of January for an order placed on their site. Two shipments in February and July to the wrong address. Dozens of emails and to date MAILER Daemon reply telling me that the email address is no longer active.
