check if it was the correct address for my package and that my purchase would be delivered soon. But I did not receive anything, I communicated at least 30 times so that they would always tell me the same thing: that they are late, that they apologize, that they are sorry, that they are an honest company and that for everything that happens, they are really sorry ect ect and it's the same for the refund they are always a response ready to tell me for the late payment, all of this to never get my purchases that I made and I was never reimbursed I kept all the evidence.

successfully delivered that day. Tracking # AG8405399****. It was never delivered period. I have security cameras and would have been notified immediately through real time if they entered my property. NO DELIVERY to my address or any other home as we reviewed the footage. Track718 told me to contact Balladgun, which I did and they reported to me 4 days later it was lost in transit. They offered me a 50% credit, I said NO I want a refund in full, then they offered me 60% credit! Again I said no I want a full refund plus 20% for my trouble and inconvenience. I am waiting for them to respond!
