I placed an ordre in May, alternative almost a month of waiting I was informed that m'y order has been delivered or there was nothing.they offered to resend the order and it’s the same thing. They offer then to reimburse me 70% of my order

I got a sore throat for a week with weird hard phlegm. I was coughing up hard gunky phlegm. No cough. Had a horrible fever of 104. Was delirious unable to distinguish reality from dreams. Completely fine day after.  | Symptoms: Fever, Cough, Sore Throat

I placed an order online July 2 with Bed bath & beyond, info@suewat.com. my credit card was charged $48.23 including shipping Insurance $2, standard shipping $14.99 plus us exchange $12.81. I have attempted several times to contact them by email to no avail.
