I ordered goods from Lulutox. Cancelled order immediately as additional goods were added to the order. Paid original purchase via PayPal. Company said they would refund the money. They didn't. Now I have packages being shipped to my home address despite direct instructions NOT to send anything to my address.This company used a range of manipulative techniques to:
1. Create orders not requested.
2. Refuse to cancel orders as they are in transit, when tracking indicates otherwise.
3. Sound sympathetic but they will not refund the money.
4. Keep sending updates on orders created by their website.
5. Make it impossible to refuse their communication.
Their business model is based on luring sales with specials and when ordered use PayPal split transactions to permit additional orders of goods added by their internet website.
Shocking company that needs to be stopped!
