Placed order Nov. 12 2022. Waited a few weeks for a delivery date but nothing. Finally stated that if not delivered by Dec. 15, I would have to cancel order and shop elsewhere. Next day received Email package had been left in mailbox or on ground next to it. Notified them neither had occurred. Next got Email saying I signed for it. Not true and when I asked to see a copy of signed receipt they said they could not provide one. Received an Email I would get a refund for 80% of order, but then received Email I would receive replacement order. Neither has happened and is now a new year. If I could save just one person from the aggravation caused by this company I would be satisfied after reading this review.I ordered from Facebook, their email address: pnccmx@idosl
