Wrong order unable to return product, California, USA

I placed a order about a month ago. The company uses fake companies that don't exist on i.g platform. It takes sometime for them to get flagged. Not only did I receive the wrong order. I received damaged product. No way to contact them to return the order. It also took longer than it should of to receive.
