Ordered an ear cochlea spray from this company and received a spray for pierced ears ! I’m sick of emailing them about sending me the wrong item, I’ve enclosed several times a photo of my order ( which you can clearly see it’s ear cochlea) and a picture of what they have sent me. They are still saying that I have received the right item. I’ve asked for the to either send me the correct item or a refund. They replied again that I have received the right item. Any idea where I go to take this further ?
