I ordered 2 x handheld retro consoles and received a calligraphy pen set instead. Very angry reading all the same/similar problems others have had with same pen set received. How can these scammers carry on getting away with it? Can I get my money back?

Yeah I order something else but got the pen sent today wow seems like whoever these ppl are they sending it to everyone
