Ordered an electric mobility scooter, was sent ear muffs, was told to keep ear muffs and they will give me 40% refund I refused the offer, I do not need ear muffs, now have to wait until royalmail do international returns again before I can get a full refund. Will never order from them again, by rights they should of sent me my order because they have already taken my money. These adds should be removed from Facebook...
