I purchased what was supposed to be Clarks sandles. When I received the item it was not made with Clark emblem in the shoe or the materials that are used. They are cheap plastic and are not the ones I purchased in the past. Bait and switch. I want a refund. I'm reporting to the Better Business Bureau also.
