Ordered the set of 5 wire garden sculptures, paid via PayPal. Very soon after saw scam alerts tried to cancel but was unable to.
The tracking was meaningless & unverifiable it claimed it arrived at my local depot but there was no name for this - yet it instructed me to go pick up my parcel! I contacted them via PayPal pointing this out & saying I believed that it was a scam. However I would go & pick up the package if they told me where BUT if it looked like it did not contain 5x2-3ft sculptures then I would not be accepting it & would want a full refund under their guarantee !
Oddly/ or not so oddly perhaps the next was a delivery report & a photo of a SMALL box in an unidentifiable outdoor area they stated was the rear of my property ( noone thought to ring the front door 2way voice & video security doorbell? )
The. delivery was made by Evri who could not locate any deliveries for me when previously contacted using the tracking code the sellers provided - however when this was 'delivered' they also gave me the NEW tracking code for my delivery??? At no point had I previously been told there was a different tracking code I should be folly- they had not provided it, why not?
& If the delivery, which is NOT on my property is as small as it looks then it obviously could not contain my order of sculptures!

I am trying to get my money refunded from them via PayPal but this company is fighting me despite knowing full well they are scam artists. I'm eaten up by this as it really upsets me , now I just want my money back & to make sure they can't do this to anyone else it's horrible.
