I also ordered a fence and received a scarf. They emailed me back and said to pay to have it returned to them and they will send the correct order. Will contact my credit card and report as fraud. Wish I saw this website prior to ordering it !

I did too. what tipped me off was the package label was covered by the usps lable. the address was amazon. i carefully peeled off the top label and there was my order number..I am glad I have a good credit card company. we locked it and reported it as stolen so they cannot use it again. they refunded my money right then and they will dispute it, but either way i have my money back they said. i will never order from fb again. i learned my lesson.
I ordered outside pet fencing and got earmuffs. They responded quickly and said they will resend it within 15-25 days. Reported to my credit card company and they are disputing the payment for me. I emailed the scammer back to let them know of my plans and they responded asking me to please don’t and give them more time…haha

I went through the exact same thing got nothing for my $$ just 6 email form letters putting me off since Dec 21 2022, now March 6 2023 still nothing. I have filed a dispute. I got the same email! Ugh
