I ordered a mattress but they gave me a scarf and now they only want a half price refund and i didnt agree because i didnt got my order and at first they told me its gonna take a long time to arrive then the next day... See More told me that the mattress sold out but i checked their website and its not sold out at all i even told them i just want my mattress refund or not doesnt matter i just want my order! And theyre making it so complicated theyre the one who made mistake but im the one who have to adjust also i told them im willing to return the scarf which the wrong order but they told me again they will refund a 40% for what spend for returning the order so im the one the spend more money here? I ordered a 3x monitor from www.coelsh.com and a ridiculous red scarf was also paid for and delivered. The contact person was suddenly info@vailivity.com. They assured full-bodied repayment (which of course didn't happen) and that was it.
