Scam bought Christmas tree decor looked nothing like it and came a month and half later after Christmas

Bought a set of Christmas tree decor on November 4th. Got it after Christmas. After complaining to PayPal three times about it was nothing like described or shown on pictures. They're about 3 in tall. They're supposed to be a foot tall, complete scam
