I received seeds with no label or direcrions. Have no idea what they are or how to plant them. Can't find a customer service number.

I received a package with 2 different types of seeds, but no directions. I had ordered a pkg of Lotus flower seeds 2 months ago that were shipped from Italy and were in Oklahoma City since 3/6, but no further tracking was available. I had ordered from another company other flower seeds that were also shipped from Italy, but they used the same freight company and no tracking # was provided.

I got same. But I have been tracking this package of seeds I ordered about a month ago. It is supposed to be climbing rose vines. The tracking said it was held up in Italy customs for awhile. Now I got it with this Weathers Foytys in Suwanee GA return address. Obviously this is from China and could be anything! The QR code is fake. The seeds look like toasted sesame seeds. (PS Last year mother- in her dementia state- ordered TONS of crap online. They all came from these random US name/addresses but were actually from China.) Along with the seed packet was a slip with this info (written here exactly as printed) "Contact Custermer Service We'll get back to you within 24 hours. Email: support @24h-service. vip. Other ways solve problems: 7-15 business days. Our customer service team will full-heartedy serve you." LOL

One more thing about these supposed climbing rose vines - I looked up the full tracking - it appears that the package originated in Italy. Along with my confirmation email was the contact of support @familymartpro. com
Same in Michigan. I also ordered the climbing rose from familymartpro. I got an updated tracking email that said my pkg was in customs in the u.s. on Thursday. I received this pkg the same day. I’m going to keep tracking. Does anyone remember the pkgs of seeds that were sent all over the u.s. several years ago from china that weren’t ordered? I wonder if this is the same thing.
Update email today, tracking said pkg was delivered Thursday 10th. So these seeds must be the climbing rose. Hopefully they grow, but I’m not holding my breath.

I paid like $50 + for climbing roses seeds 6 weeks ago. Supposed to be 500+seeds. I have no idea on how to plant these. Not sure these are the seeds. Doesn’t look like 500 seeds, but oh well!
