My boyfriend ordered a welder/plasma cutter from a sight called "Jacobs" on pinterest. It cost $60. What we received was a small backpack with a smiley face on it. We lived off of his social security and can not afford to be scammed like this. We are not the only one this person has scammed. If you go to the jacobs website there are tons of reviews regarding this. Something needs to be done about this person.We are from Independence. Mo
